Ethan Carlos Named as SCBA 2026
Outstanding Young Attorney of the Year

Recognized by the Seminole County Bar Association at the Annual Law Day Banquet

We are proud to share that Ethan Carlos, attorney at Law Offices of Matthews R. Bark, has been named the Seminole County Bar Association’s 2026 Outstanding Young Attorney of the Year. This is one of the most prestigious honors presented to emerging legal professionals in the Seminole County legal community.

The award was presented on May 1, 2026 at the SCBA Law Day Banquet, a celebrated annual event that brings together the Seminole County legal community to recognize excellence in the profession. This year’s ceremony was presided over by SCBA President Matthews Bark, who welcomed honorees, members, and guests to the evening.

Ethan’s selection for this honor speaks to his commitment to excellence, his reputation among peers, and his contributions to both his clients and the broader Seminole County legal community. We are incredibly proud of this achievement and grateful to the SCBA for this recognition.

Words cannot express the immense gratitude I feel towards Ethan Carlos for his help in a case that was really starting to feel hopeless for me. No one anticipates getting caught up in legal troubles but having an attorney come in and provide a resolution as quickly as he did was the biggest weight off my shoulders, and I do not say that lightly. I only wish I would’ve reached out to him sooner, however, as it stands, making that phone call to Matthew Barks office was hands down the best decision I could’ve made for myself and my peace of mind.
