Recently I had charges pressed against me for misdemeanor battery from my exes boyfriend. These charges were completely bogus and was literally just defending myself and he touched me first, so I pushed him away to make sure he was not carrying a gun (he carries). Even though these charges were bogus the state decided to move forward with the case. I hired another lawyer that had good reveiws, but they were great at settling. I needed to win outright, that’s when I was introduced to mr. Bark. His bedside manner is bar none(don’t mind the pun please) which is important to me because I was stressing and he completely put my nerves at ease. Today he called me and told me he got the charges completely dropped. If you are looking for a defense attorney, STOP LOOKING AND CHOOSE MR. BARK he is the best!

Mr. Bark saw the same case 3 times for me in different stages. Let’s say my ex didn’t give up. I was able to get my license back and start working really fast. The staff is very attentive and very responsive. He did a great job. I hope I don’t ever need him again but I completely recommend him. Mr.Bark has been the absolute BEST in handling my case. This has been a scary experience for me, my first DUI with 3 more charges attached, my first serious charge as an adult, facing three years in prison, I didn’t know what to do at all. Hands down, the best lawyer you are going to find! Count yourself lucky if he agrees to take your case. My husband and I retained Matt on a criminal case years back which resulted in the case being dropped. It was amazing to observe how well respected he was throughout the courts and the community. Google only allows 5 stars, but he is most definitely a 10 star!
On a more recent case, we initially hired a lawyer that was a friend of a family member (Tim McClain) and after months of Tim on the case, at the last minute (very unexpectedly) told us that he did his best to work with the DA, and that the best and final offer was 3 years in prison mandatory!!! Long story short, we immediately met with Matt. He reviewed the case and was able to immediately identify several things that had not been explored to help the case. We immediately parted ways with Tim and retained Matt. I am still upset with myself for not going to Matt from day one on the new case. Matt put in a lot of work and as a result he got the offer reduced from mandatory prison time of 3 years to probation/community control (zero jail/prison time)!!! This is a perfect example to show how important it is to have the right lawyer. This is the same exact case, same charges, same judge, same District Attorney… but 2 very different outcomes for the defendant solely based on the quality of legal counsel. Weeks ago, on this same case the other lawyer was telling my husband he needed to spend as much time with his small children as possible for the next couple of days because there was no getting around the mandatory 3 years prison time. Now, weeks later, with Matt as the lawyer, we walk out of the court room with ZERO prison time!
If you want to make sure that you are getting the best possible outcome for your situation, then Matt is your guy! He is straight forward, does not make promises he cant keep, he is fair and to the point. If Matt is on your case you can rest easy knowing that you WILL end up with the best possible outcome.

Man this the lawyer here number 1 , from the time I met Mr. Bark and Mrs Rentz they told me I had a good case and immediately notice flaws when reading the police report. within 9 months after I was charged he got my felony gun possession dropped and only went to court 2 times Aye!!!!! Sometimes in life you find yourself in a position where you absolutely need an attorney. I was very nervous, confused and just scared that I was going to lose everything I worked for in life over an incident that should have never taken place.

I am very pleased with the outcome of my case. I was charged with driving while license was revoked which at the time I was also on probation for a prior DUI. When I contacted Mr. Barq he was very professional, his staff Sue as well. He even went out of his way to meet me after business hours to take the case. At first the prosecutor was offering 15 days in jail but after Mr. Barq handled my case he got the prosecutor to reduce the charge to driving without a valid license, No days in jail, just court cost.
